Certification Course Course Dates/Register

Our Certified Food Manger Course & Exam is for people who need initial certification. This course meets all state requirements for both Minnesota and Wisconsin. The course starts at 8:29 a.m. the exam is administered about 2:30p.m. and concludes at 4:30 p.m. 45 minute lunch on own. Pre-registration and payment is required. Register online, we accept Visa and MasterCard. Course fee of $160 includes:
  • Course instruction & materials
  • State approved/national recognized exam
  • State application form
  • Exams available in many languages
  • Refreshments, lunch is on own
Recertification Course Course Dates/Register

Our 4 hour courses meets all state requirements for renewing your Certified Food Manager Certificate. This course meets all state requirements for both Minnesota and Wisconsin. This course is run each day simultaneously with the Certified Food Manager course; renewal class's start at 8:29 and finish at 12:30pm. Pre-registration and payment is required. Register online, we accept Visa and MasterCard. Course fee of $75 includes:
  • All course instruction/materials
  • Renewal Training Certificate
  • Refreshments
  • No exam is required for this course
