Online Course Information

Online Certification Course (Available in English & Spanish)

This course meets all the state requirements in Minnesota and Wisconsin. The online course offers the flexibility to work on your computer at your own pace using a CD-ROM featuring high quality video & interactive learning. Upon completing the course take the exam in person (2:30 pm) at one of our scheduled Certification classes that you select when you register. The course fee of $165 fee includes the CD-ROM, exam and state application form. Internet connection is required (not Mac compatible).

• Register by selecting a date from our Course Offerings to come and take the exam (2:30 PM). States require the exam to be taken in a supervised setting.
• The accredited exam takes an average of 45 to 90 minutes to complete.
• Please allow yourself sufficient time to complete the course. Once registered you will be mailed the CD-ROM in 5-7 days

Online Recertification Course (Available in English & Spanish)

This course meets all the state requirements in Minnesota, Wisconsin and many other states. The recertification course offers you the flexibility to work on your computer at your own pace using the CD-ROM featuring high quality video & interactive learning. Course meets all state requirements. When done with the course print the certificate and recertify. No exam is required The $75 course fee includes CD-ROM, course completion certificate and state application.

Online Course Policies

• A refund, minus a $20 service fee is allowed within 30 days of purchase if only Lesson 1 has been started and the materials are returned undamaged.
• If lesson 2 has not been started, the course can be assigned to another person for up to one year for a $20 name change fee.
• CFM online participants may reschedule their exam date once for a rescheduling fee of $20 (see course policies for details)
• No shows for scheduled exam dates must repay full course fee
