Certification Course Course Dates/Register
Our Certified Food Manger Course & Exam is for people who need initial certification. This Department of Health approved course meets all state requirements. The course (with exam) starts at 8:29 a.m. and concludes at 4:30 p.m. Lunch on own is 45 minutes. Pre-registration and payment is required. Register online, we accept Visa and MasterCard. Course fee of $150 includes:
- Course instruction & materials
- State approved/national exam
- State application form
- Exams available in many languages
- Refreshments, lunch is on own

Our 4 hour courses meets all state requirements for renewing your Certified Food Manager Certificate. This Department of Health approved course is run each day simultaneously with the Certified Food Manager course; renewal class's start at 8:29 and finish at 12:30pm. Pre-registration and payment is required. Register online, we accept Visa and MasterCard. Course fee of $75 includes:
- All course instruction/materials
- Renewal Training Certificate
- Refreshments
- No exam is required for this course
